In an effort to meet your family’s unique needs, we offer a variety of packages to support you before, during and after birth. If you don’t see the right configuration for you, please reach out and we can help craft a custom support plan for your family.
As mothers and professionals striving to create a healthy balance and maintain the highest quality of care, we accept a very limited number of births per month and calendar year.
- Single Session Birth Plan Counseling
Let us help you write a custom birth plan so that your team can best understand and meet your individual needs for your birth. We will walk you through each step of the birth experience so that you can make educated choices about the options that feel most comfortable for you. - Birth Doula Package
This package provides comprehensive prenatal and labor support to help you navigate your birth experience. Included are two prenatal visits, where we will get to know each other, talk about your birth, craft a birth plan, and discuss any questions you may have about pregnancy, birth, and parenthood. Your doula is available via phone or email throughout from the time you become a client until well after your birth. She will be present for your labor and birth to support the physical, informational and emotional needs of both you and your partner. This package also includes 1-2 visits postpartum to check in and make sure everyone is thriving in the first couple of weeks postpartum. - Birth and Postpartum Doula Package
Enjoy all the benefits of the Birth Doula Package, along with twelve hours of postpartum doula support in your home. Broken into 3, 4-hour sessions, these postpartum visits will allow you the necessary time to rest and recover from your birth. Along with offering you vital information about the postpartum transition, we will help with household chores, care for your newborn so you can nap or shower, or connect with older siblings to give you bonding time with your new addition. - Postpartum Doula Services
